Projects in Zambia

SCIAF has been working with partners in Zambia since 1985, supporting agricultural and livelihood development, food security and advocacy.

Lilanda Parish The Community Development Project provides teacher training in land management.	Dioscese of Livingstone Provides training in conservation farming and materials to vulnerable households.	Catholic Relief Services CRS directly assists poor farmers following repeated droughts and floods.

Kasisi Agricultural Training Centre (KATC) Retrains farmers in conservation farming to promote low-input, drought resistant crops.	The Jesuit Centre for Theological Reflection Conducts research, education and advocacy focusing on social issues effectings Zambians.
