The Institute of Policy Alternatives for the Southern Cone of Latin America strengthens local civil society organisations to promote the interests of marginalised groups.
SCIAF works with the organisation to help women’s movements, co-operatives, students, teachers, and community representatives to campaign more effectively across local and national civil society networks, focusing specifically on women’s rights and eco-development within shanty towns.
