Lentfest event shows 'A Day in the Life' of seven-year-old Norah
SCIAF is giving children in Scotland the chance to experience what life is like in a primary school in Uganda during a special event in Glasgow. ‘
A Day in the Life’ tells the story of seven-year-old Norah’s daily routine and includes a 360-degree film experience of a Ugandan school.
It will give children the chance to consider the similarities and differences between their lives in Scotland and those of children in Uganda.
The free event for children and families is part of Lentfest, an annual festival of faith and arts that includes film screenings, music, poetry and visual arts across the Archdiocese of Glasgow.
‘A Day in the Life’ will take place on Saturday the 23rd of March at St Mungo’s Retreat in Glasgow.
There will also be fun craft activities for everyone to get involved in.
