Fundraising complaints

We take our Supporter Promise very seriously.  If, at any time, you feel we are not living up to this promise please contact Anne Karlin, Supporter Services Manager on 0141 354 5555 or akarlin@sciaf.org.uk. If you remain dissatisfied, please contact the Scottish Fundraising Standards Panel who deal with escalated fundraising complaints relating to Scottish registered charities.  

Complaints about our Programmes

If you wish to make a complaint about a programme, activity or member of staff in our international programmes please contact Lorraine Currie, Director of IHD, lcurrie@sciaf.org.uk.
