Caritas Kabwe

Caritas Kabwe is a social action agency and development arm of the Catholic Diocese of Kabwe. It was established in 2012 as the Diocesan Development Office to share in the Social Mission of the Catholic Church in serving people living in poverty and promoting charity and justice among all. Their work covers the promotion of justice and peace through community empowerment, the provision of medical care, and the preservation of natural resources.

We are so grateful for the support that we have received from the people of Scotland because that support and their contribution has saved lives here in Zambia. We have seen people grow from having just three meals in a week to having three meals in a day.
